习主席近期就树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育作出重要指示，强调“要加强政绩观行为的管理监督”。树立和践行正确政绩观是一项长期任务。加强政绩观行为的管理监督，就是要通过制度约束、日常提醒等方式，对党员干部履职过程进行规范，督促党员干部始终端正“政绩为谁而树、树什么样的政绩、靠什么树政绩”的思想认识，杜绝错误的施政行为。树立和践行正确政绩观，思想自觉是基础，管理监督是保障。这次学习教育中查摆出的“新官不理旧账”、重显绩轻潜绩、热衷搞“形象工程”等问题，往往与管理监督缺失紧密关联。各级应加强日常管理监督，通过定期谈话提醒，及时发现并纠正苗头性倾向性问题，推动党员干部不断增强树立和践行正确政绩观的思想自觉和行动自觉，努力创造经得起实践、人民、历史检验的实绩。
