“会平视”才能接地气 ■胡浩某部经常组织“奋斗者说”故事会、“强军有我”大家谈等，让官兵上讲台、当主角。他们这种放平视角的教育模式，让教育更加接地气，赢得官兵普遍欢迎。视角，是指看问题的立场、观点、方法。视角不同，“视觉”效果往往不同；视角错位，方式方法往往错误。现在的官兵被称为“强国一代”“平视的一代”。他们喜欢主动思考，不喜欢填鸭式灌输；诉求多样，既看重“干事业”，也追求“小确幸”；既追求社会担当，也重视个人的价值实现……这些都要求教育者善于用平视的视角看待他们，用信任、欣赏、发展的眼光教育他们，真正和他们融在一起、处在一个“频道”，增强思想政治教育的时代性感召力。教育者平视官兵、走近官兵、了解官兵，才能更新教育理念，转变话语体系，达到好的教育效果。现实生活中，少数教育者习惯于指令式、说教式的语言表达，让官兵成为“被动的信息接收者”，结果陷入“讲者费力、听者乏力”的局面。教育表面是交流，实质是交心。新征程上，思想政治教育者只有放平视角、付出真情，与官兵“坐在一条板凳上”交流，听懂网言网语、运用兵言兵语，拉近与新生代战士的距离，才能做到以真实打动人心、以真情凝聚共识，让所讲道理可感、可知、可行。
