中国军网北京9月8日电（记者张硕）记者9月8日在第十三届北京香山论坛媒体通气会上获悉，论坛各项筹备工作已基本就绪，将于9月15日至17日在北京国际会议中心举行。中国军事科学学会办公室主任李斐大校介绍，本届论坛主题为“凝聚稳定共识同促安全治理”，设置4场全体会议和8场平行分组专题研讨。论坛将广泛邀请防务部门和军队领导、国际和地区组织负责人，以及具有国际学术影响力的高水平专家学者参会，参会人员的均衡性和代表性进一步凸显。论坛期间还将并行举办第四届中非和平安全论坛。据悉，本届论坛主要有4个特点：一是突出思想引领，立体多维宣传中国倡议理念。论坛主题充分体现构建人类命运共同体理念和全球发展倡议、全球安全倡议、全球文明倡议、全球治理倡议的核心要义，高端访谈环节围绕“稳定”“治理”两大关键词设置系列对话。二是紧扣国际热点问题，议题设置回应各方现实关切。论坛议题聚焦国际安全热点与安全防务领域重大发展趋势，实现了传统安全与非传统安全、全球治理与地区热点、军事技术与国际法治的全覆盖。还安排闭门学术会议，为不同地区、不同立场的代表创造坦诚沟通、深度对话的宽松环境。三是活动丰富多样，20周年特色贯穿全程。将举办“中外名家对话——20人纵论北京香山论坛20年”等活动，推出20周年回顾展、纪念宣传片和老朋友系列访谈等。四是注重效益叠加，联合举办第四届中非和平安全论坛。统筹资源、协同联动，实现议题呼应、成果共享、影响互促。北京香山论坛自2006年创办以来，已成功举办十二届，从一个中外防务安全领域智库学者交流的“二轨”论坛，逐步发展成为世界各国防务部门或军队领导人、国际组织负责人、前政要及知名学者广泛参加的“一轨半”高端对话平台，参会国家从十余个发展到100多个，已成为享誉国内外的高端安全防务论坛，为各国平等对话、共谋和平提供了重要公共安全产品。今年正值北京香山论坛创办20周年，论坛将以更加成熟的姿态、更加开放的胸襟，为促进地区安全稳定、维护世界和平发展发挥积极作用。
