新华社北京9月8日电（记者邵艺博、万倩仪）外交部发言人毛宁8日表示，台湾从来不是一个国家，今后也绝无可能。赖清德当局肆意歪曲联大第2758号决议，再次暴露其“台独”分裂本质，其谬论改变不了两岸同属一个中国的历史和法理事实，撼动不了国际社会坚持一个中国的稳固格局。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：据报道，赖清德出席活动时妄称中国曲解联大第2758号决议。台湾是“主权独立国家”，该决议只解决了中华人民共和国在联合国的代表权席位问题，与台湾没有关系。中方对此有何评论？ “世界上只有一个中国，台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分，这是不可撼动的历史和法理事实。”毛宁说，1943年中美英三国政府发表《开罗宣言》，明确规定将日本窃取的台湾归还中国。1945年《波茨坦公告》重申“开罗宣言之条件必将实施”。这一系列具有国际法效力的文件都清晰确认了中国对台湾的主权。毛宁表示，联大第2758号决议郑重确认了一个中国原则，该决议明确规定，“恢复中华人民共和国的一切权利，承认她的政府的代表为中国在联合国组织的唯一合法代表”，从政治上、法律上和程序上彻底解决了包括台湾在内全中国在联合国的代表权问题，明确了中国在联合国的席位只有一个，不存在“两个中国”“一中一台”。毛宁说：“台湾从来不是一个国家，今后也绝无可能。赖清德当局肆意歪曲联大第2758号决议，再次暴露其‘台独’分裂本质，其谬论改变不了两岸同属一个中国的历史和法理事实，撼动不了国际社会坚持一个中国的稳固格局。”
