干事创业，政绩观至关重要。习主席近期就树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育作出重要指示强调，“强化示范引领和反面警示，引导党员、干部始终以正确政绩观担当作为、履职尽责”。落实这一重要指示精神，军队党员、干部应把树立和践行正确政绩观作为一项长期任务来抓，立足本职、坚守岗位，勤奋敬业、踏实干事，为新时代强军事业贡献智慧和力量。担当作为、履职尽责，是党员、干部分内之事。把分内之事干好，没有正确的政绩观不行。只有端正政绩观，干事创业才能有利于维护官兵利益，有利于战斗力建设，有利于制胜未来战场。纵观党史军史，许多优秀党员、干部之所以能在平凡岗位创造非凡业绩，一个重要原因就是有正确政绩观作支撑。相反，那些形式主义、花拳绣腿的做派，实质是背离了正确政绩观，不可能有所作为。知者行之始，行者知之成。新征程上，党员、干部既要勇于担当、善于作为、苦干实干，更要知责于心、担责于身、履责于行，把岗位当战位，视使命为生命，努力创造无愧于党、无愧于人民、无愧于时代的业绩。
