解放军报讯殷超报道：8月28日，武警某部举行2026年夏秋季士兵退役仪式，送别服役期满老兵。安徽省郎溪县退役军人事务局工作人员参加仪式，并为退役军人送上临别的“拥军礼包”。郎溪县退役军人事务局工作人员介绍，今年的“饯别礼”包括一封感谢信、一个行李箱、一堂上门政策宣讲课。接过感谢信，战士李展鹏红了眼眶：“我来郎溪5年，已经把这里当成‘第二故乡’。离别时，真有些舍不得。” 行李箱装得下战士们的行李，却装不下“第二故乡”人民的情谊。战士袁毅说，郎溪人民的拥军情，流淌在军营生活的每个细节里：过去，因营门正对省道，车流量大、大货车多，官兵出行存在安全隐患，问题反映没多久，减速标识和震荡标线便装到了营门前；为丰富官兵文化生活，退役军人事务局组织皖南大鼓非遗传承人、涛城镇郑家边龙灯队进军营表演，与官兵一起过节；有的官兵担心退役后的出路，县里就开设就业创业课程，将技能培训送进军营。仪式结束后，郎溪县退役军人事务局相关负责人围绕移交安置、就业创业、教育培训等政策逐一为退役战士答疑。有关工作人员介绍，这是郎溪县连续第三年参加武警某部举办的退役仪式并为退役老兵送上感谢信和慰问品。
