5月18日下午，国防部新闻发言人蒋斌大校就近期涉军问题发布消息。记者：据报道，民进党当局正式公布新版防务特别预算，称这回应了对美军购紧迫需要，但该预算大打折扣，仍不是完整答案。请问对此有何评论？蒋斌：巨额军购是民进党当局压榨民众、掏空民生的“吸血账单”。民进党当局罔顾民生疾苦，无视岛内青年不愿为“台独”上战场的现实，执意拿民众血汗钱讨好外部势力，沦为外国军火商的“提款机”，还鼓吹“花钱越多越安全”，其倒行逆施不得人心。军购买不来安全，甘当“棋子”只会被榨干吃净。祖国统一和中华民族伟大复兴，才是台湾最坚实的保障。民进党当局“以武谋独”“倚外谋独”越甚，越会加速“台独”败亡的进程。
