海军某部帮扶河南省确山县芦庄村—— ■王凯解放军报特约记者庞斯年初秋时节，记者来到河南省确山县瓦岗镇芦庄村，放眼田野，满目葱茏，连片的红薯藤蔓在田垄间蓬勃生长。村口，一座仿佛巨型“冰箱”的建筑物引人注目——这是海军某部为芦庄村援建的800平方米恒温冷库。冷库门口，村党支部书记王朝辉正带领几名村民调试制冷机组、清扫整理库房，为红薯收储工作做好筹备。 “老乡，冷库各项设备调试得怎么样？”记者走上前问道。 “机组各项运行参数核对完毕，设备状态一切正常，就等红薯丰收入库了。”负责管护冷库的村民一边检查设备，一边高兴地说。大家唠起家常，聊得最多的就是这座恒温冷库给村里带来的喜人变化。“这座恒温冷库，不仅可以存储红薯，还能存放板栗、夏枯草这些本地特色农产品，是我们发展特色农业实打实的配套保障。”王朝辉指着库房说。 “以前种红薯不怕地里长不好，就怕收回来存不住。”村民王清河向记者道出往日的难处，过去村里没有专业仓储设施，红薯只能存放在村民自己挖的地窖、土窑里，用泥土简单封存，温湿度全凭经验把控。一旦气候出现波动，红薯极易腐烂霉变，损耗十分严重，影响农户增收。 2017年，海军某部与芦庄村结成帮扶对子。帮扶工作队成员深入田间地头走访调研，与村干部、村民围坐在一起共商致富路子。调研中，帮扶工作队成员发现，芦庄村红薯种植规模大，但存储确实是制约村民增收的现实难题。找到发展堵点，帮扶工作立即有针对性地展开。帮扶工作队会同村两委反复实地勘察、研讨评估，结合芦庄村特色农产品种植现状，确定建设恒温冷库的帮扶方案。部队筹措专项帮扶资金，帮助建成这座集存储、周转、分拣于一体的恒温冷库，补强了农产品仓储的薄弱环节。 “冷库建成投用后，大家不用再急着低价抛售当季农产品，红薯、板栗、夏枯草全部可以存入冷库，实现错峰上市、择机售卖。扣除冷库运营的成本，我每年还能多赚几千元。”王清河说。稳定农业收入后，该部还为芦庄村开拓了新的收入增长点——他们与当地政府一起深挖红色资源，依托爬头寨战斗遗址等红色景点，为村里设计红色旅游专线，援建国防教育基地和村史馆，助力芦庄村成为红色研学打卡地。谈起结对帮扶带来的变化，村民倪香妮脸上满是笑容。今年，她家的农家乐已接待300多位游客，冷库储存的红薯等本地土特产，也借着研学旅游的客源拓宽销路。该部领导介绍，下一步，军地将继续携手，引入电商直播和冷链物流配套，进一步延长产业链条，同时持续将红色研学与当地特色农业相结合，打通农旅融合发展链路，为村民拓宽增收渠道。青山叠翠，田野丰饶。军民同心绘就的乡村振兴新画卷，正随着这个丰收季节的到来缓缓铺展。
