“症状有所缓解，后续请按医嘱继续用药……”近日，海军军医大学第二附属医院皮肤科专家，再次通过视频连线为千里之外的海军某观通站战士小刘诊疗。问诊结束后，专家为小刘开具电子处方，医院线上药房同步审核，药品将通过快递寄往小刘所在哨所。这是该医院依托网络平台，将优质医疗资源送达基层一线战位的具体事例。据了解，该医院对口保障的基层部队点多面广、驻地偏远，官兵因交通不便造成的“看病难”问题较突出。去年以来，该医院在充分调研的基础上，依托强军网开通“云端诊室”，偏远哨位官兵只需在电脑端登录该系统，即可“面对面”接受该院医生诊疗，足不出户享受优质医疗服务。此外，为了解决偏远哨位官兵拿药难题，该医院与地方物流企业签订协议，优先配送发往高山海岛点位的药品，缩短官兵的等待时间。 “单纯送医送药只能解决一时之需，为基层留下一支带不走的卫勤骨干队伍，才是长久之计。”该医院领导介绍，针对基层医疗力量相对薄弱的问题，他们利用“军医海防行”活动等时机，通过组织专业教学、病例研讨等方式，帮助基层军医、卫生员提升常见疾病诊疗能力；安排医院专家与基层部队卫生员结成帮带对子，围绕海防官兵常见易发疾病防治进行授课教学，提高基层部队卫生员诊疗能力。 “服务基层官兵就是服务战斗力，保健康就是保打赢。”该医院领导表示，他们将持续拓展“云端诊室”功能，努力为海防一线官兵提供更加优质便捷的医疗服务。
