新华社北京9月4日电 9月4日，第八届中俄能源商务论坛在俄罗斯符拉迪沃斯托克举办。国家主席习近平向论坛致贺信。习近平指出，今年是中俄战略协作伙伴关系建立30周年和《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》签署25周年。在国际形势复杂变化中，中俄新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系高水平发展，中俄能源合作成果丰硕，有力促进两国共同发展，成为双方互利合作的典范。习近平强调，当前国际能源格局深刻调整，机遇与挑战相互交织。中方愿同俄方一道，不断深化能源合作，共同维护能源产业链供应链稳定畅通。
