新华社北京9月3日电（记者马卓言、曹嘉玥）9月3日是中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利81周年纪念日。针对日本防卫省近日提交2027财年预算的概算要求总额再创历史新高等，外交部发言人郭嘉昆3日在例行记者会上答问时表示，中国将同世界上爱好和平的国家一道，坚决遏止日本“新型军国主义”披着“国家正常化”外衣滋长成势、祸乱地区、为害世界。郭嘉昆说，设立中国人民抗日战争胜利纪念日，旨在牢记日本军国主义侵略给中国人民和世界人民造成的深重灾难，警惕世人铭记历史，坚决维护二战胜利成果和战后国际秩序。郭嘉昆表示，长期以来，日本右翼势力妄图为侵略历史翻案，挣脱战后国际安排与国际义务。需要强调的是，《开罗宣言》《波茨坦公告》以及《日本投降书》等一系列国际文件从法律上确立了日本战败国地位，明确规定铲除军国主义、取消军事工业、摧毁战争力量、禁止重新武装等战败国义务。这些战后国际安排，是对历史真相和国际正义的伸张，也是为防范军国主义死灰复燃筑起的制度防线，更是世界反法西斯胜利成果的固化体现。 “我们正告日本右翼势力，日本恪守国际义务、彻底清算军国主义遗毒、坚持和平发展才是正道。”郭嘉昆说，“中国将同世界上爱好和平的国家一道，坚决遏止日本‘新型军国主义’披着‘国家正常化’外衣滋长成势、祸乱地区、为害世界。”
