新华社北京9月3日电外交部发言人郭嘉昆3日表示，韩国光州双年展主办方公然违反一个中国原则，中方已向韩方提出严正交涉。希望韩国政府恪守政治承诺，切实负起责任，以实际行动践行一个中国原则。当日例行记者会后有记者问及：中方策展团队因韩国光州双年展涉台错误做法宣布撤展，表达强烈抗议。中国驻韩国大使馆已就此发声。中方对此有何评论？郭嘉昆说，中韩建交联合公报明确指出，大韩民国政府承认中华人民共和国政府为中国的唯一合法政府，并尊重中方只有一个中国、台湾是中国的一部分之立场。今年以来，韩方多次明确表示，坚持一个中国的立场没有变化。郭嘉昆表示，此次韩国光州双年展主办方顽固坚持错误做法，纵容中国台湾地区使用完全不符合其身份的名称参展，公然违反一个中国原则，中方对此坚决反对，并已向韩方提出严正交涉，要求有关方面立即纠正错误做法。“我们希望韩国政府恪守政治承诺，切实负起责任，以实际行动践行一个中国原则。” “民进党当局借文化交流、会议展览等场合搞政治操弄，进行谋‘独’挑衅，用心险恶，手段卑劣，其政治图谋不会得逞。”郭嘉昆说。
