前不久，第73集团军某旅随军家属李清赶在上班前，将孩子送去该旅专为军人子女开办的暑期“同心学堂”。看着孩子兴高采烈地跑进教室，李清感慨道：“老师不仅悉心看护孩子，还给孩子辅导暑假作业，给‘同心学堂’点赞！” 谈及开办“同心学堂”的初衷，该旅领导告诉记者，部队每年夏天都会开赴异地驻训，去年驻训期间，旅党委成员带领机关干部下沉基层调研。一次座谈会上，某连指导员反映，连队训练骨干邓班长最近训练劲头不足。原来，邓班长在外驻训，爱人每日忙于工作，放暑假的孩子独自在家玩耍时不慎摔伤。后续调研中，多名基层干部反映了类似情况，军娃暑期无人看护，成为不少官兵面临的现实难题。 “后方连着前方。后方稳，前方才能安，必须想方设法为官兵排忧解难。”今年暑期前夕，该旅党委研究决定，开办“同心学堂”托管班，解决好军娃暑期托管难题。筹备阶段，场地问题一度成为最大阻碍：重新装修教室不仅工期紧张，而且存在环保隐患。研讨会上，人力资源科万科长提出建议：前些年旅里已将旧营房改造为军娃课后学堂，内部配备了多间自习室，稍作升级即可投入使用，这样既节约资源又安全环保。说干就干。旅机关第一时间牵头对场地升级改造，全面检修空调、电灯、文体器材等常用设备，按需配齐各类教学物资。为解决师资力量短缺问题，旅领导对接协调驻地共建学校，邀请多名专业教师定期到“同心学堂”为孩子们上课。此外，“同心学堂”开课后，不少具备书法、绘画、体育等方面特长的军属主动请缨，加入授课队伍，极大丰富了军娃们的暑期生活。走在“同心学堂”走廊，琅琅读书声此起彼伏。“横平竖直、注意力道……”一间自习室里，军娃们正在老师耐心辅导下练习书法。除了阅读、书法等课程，孩子们在“同心学堂”还参与体验科普讲座、故事会等特色活动。采访中，一名上周刚听过飞行员讲故事的军娃告诉记者：“长大了，我也要当飞行员，像叔叔们一样保家卫国！”
