别轻易说“我不行” ■吴鹏 ●坚持在干中学、在学中干，使自己在实践磨砺中壮筋骨、长才干，成为可堪大用、能担重任的栋梁之材实际工作中，一些同志面对急难险重任务时，第一反应便是“我不行”，在本该迎难而上的时候，他们却习惯于推诿和回避。这种现象值得关注。仔细分析不难发现，常把“我不行”挂在嘴边，很多时候并非客观上的能力不足、任务无法完成，更多的是主观上的不愿为、不想为、不敢为。有的同志本身具备相应工作能力，却存在“多一事不如少一事”和“少干少错、不干不错”等心态，不愿担当，不敢担当。究其本质，是贪图安逸、不愿担责的表现。他们遇到矛盾困难能躲就躲、能推就推，实在推不过、躲不了的，便拿“我不行”当敷衍塞责的“挡箭牌”。的确，没有谁天生样样精通，但即使真的存在能力短板，也不要轻易说“我不行”。“人非生而知之者，孰能无惑？”干事创业的过程，本就是不断应对新问题、迎接新挑战的过程，谁又不是在摸爬滚打中累积经验，在四处碰壁中收获成长的呢？试想，如果我们在工作中碰见“钉子”就躲避，遇到矛盾就绕开，以“我不行”自我设限、止步不前，丧失尝试的勇气和学习的自觉，满足于守摊子、混日子，其结果必然是能力素质的持续退化。长此以往，必将难以胜任岗位职责要求，既辜负组织培养，也愧对群众期待。更需要警惕的是，这种心态具有传染性，一个单位有“躺平”避事的人，就容易滋生攀比效应，使一些原本想干事的人也开始效尤，消解干事创业的精气神，影响事业发展。习主席深刻指出：“党把干部放在各个岗位上是要大家担当干事，而不是做官享福。”干事担事，是党员干部的职责所在，也是价值所在。党员干部干事担事，就应摒弃“我不行”的逃避退缩，多一些“我能干”的主动靠前。首先要涵养“想干事”的自觉。遇事不推诿，不打退堂鼓，勇挑最重的担子，敢啃最硬的骨头。其次要锤炼“能干事”的本领。能力有短板不可怕，可怕的是不学不干、自我放弃。本领不会凭空而来，必须在实践中锤炼。应主动跳出舒适区，怀着本领恐慌，坚持干什么学什么、缺什么补什么，从实践中摸索方法、积累经验，把陌生领域慢慢变成熟悉赛道，实现能力素质的跃升。最后要鼓足“敢干事”的劲头。面对新任务新挑战，敢于探索钻研，在攻克难题中展现担当作为，在开拓创新中打开工作局面，把每一项工作都干出实效。干事创业从来没有与生俱来的全能选手，很多本领都是在“我来学”“我来干”中练出来、磨出来的。急难险重任务面前，党员干部应多些迎难而上的勇气，不说“我不行”，而说“我能干”，坚持在干中学、在学中干，使自己在实践磨砺中壮筋骨、长才干，成为可堪大用、能担重任的栋梁之材。
