存在感，通常是指个体对自身存在状态的察觉与确认，是人在社会关系中感知到自身被看见、被关注、被认可的心理体验。人皆渴望存在感，这是人之常情。然而，如何获得存在感，大有讲究。对于党员干部而言，这更是一道严肃的作风课题。不容否认，当下少数党员干部存在一种浮躁心态，热衷于刷存在感，把露面等同于履职，把声势等同于政绩，工作不重实效重包装，干事不求实绩求曝光，开会抢镜头、表态喊口号、做事造声势。殊不知，喧嚣的热度终会褪去，虚假的声势终将消散，这种刻意刷出来的存在感，留下的只会是工作的漏洞、官兵的失望。为何会出现“刷存在感”的浮躁作风？究其原因，本质上还是政绩观错位、初心使命淡化，是私心杂念作祟、担当实干精神缺失，错把表面风光当成履职实绩，把曝光度等同于认可度。要认识到，党员干部的威信、价值与存在感，从来不是靠造势刷出来、靠表演装出来的，而是靠实干干出来、靠担当拼出来的。刷出来的热度是一时浮华，干出来的实绩是终身底气。对于党员干部而言，岗位是为官兵服务的平台，不是自我亮相的舞台；权力是履职尽责的义务，不是博取关注的工具。沉迷虚名浮利、沉溺表面功夫，过度追求刷存在感，化解不了练兵备战的难题，解决不了官兵的急难愁盼，最终只会陷入“重形式、轻内容，重表象、轻实效”的恶性循环，贻误事业发展、破坏官兵团结。说到底，党员干部真正的存在感，藏在脚踏实地的担当里，落在备战打仗的实绩中。党员干部的身份荣光，从来不是自我标榜的噱头，而是履职的责任和进取的阵地。官兵衡量一名党员干部如何，从来不是只听他说了什么，更多是看他干了什么。现实中，那些口碑好、威信高、让官兵真心认可的干部，往往都是扎根岗位默默耕耘、沉在一线攻坚克难的干部，而非那些虚张声势、好大喜功的干部。你给官兵解决一桩烦心事，官兵就给你记一功；你为部队发展铺就一条路，历史就为你记一笔。这种存在感，能让周围的官兵自然感到安心、放心、倾心，如山如岳、坚实厚重，是任何“刷”的行为都无法企及的。为政之道，贵在务实；干部之本，重在实干。前进道路上，与其费尽心思去刷那昙花一现的存在感，不如撸起袖子、俯下身子，到官兵最需要的地方去，到问题最集中的地方去，少一些花拳绣腿的造势，多一些脚踏实地的深耕，少一些哗众取宠的表态，多一些求真务实的担当，少一些浮于表面的喧嚣，多一些扎根奉献的坚守，把心思用在干事创业上，把精力投在备战打仗中，在服务官兵、解决难题的过程中锤炼本领、赢得口碑。
