新华社开罗9月1日电抵达埃及开罗国际机场的书面讲话（2026年9月1日，开罗）中华人民共和国主席习近平很高兴应塞西总统邀请，在中埃建交70周年之际对阿拉伯埃及共和国进行国事访问。10年前，我曾访问埃及，留下许多美好回忆，今天再次踏上这片承载深厚文明的土地，倍感亲切。我谨代表中国政府和中国人民，向友好的埃及政府和埃及人民致以诚挚问候和良好祝愿。中国和埃及同为文明古国，传统友谊绵延千年、历久弥坚。1956年，埃及在阿拉伯和非洲国家中率先同新中国建交。70年来，无论国际和地区形势如何变化，两国始终平等互信、友好互鉴、和衷共济、合作共赢。近年来，我同塞西总统一道，引领中埃全面战略伙伴关系实现跨越式发展。两国政治互信牢固，互利合作成果丰硕，多边协作密切有力，成为发展中国家友好相处、团结协作的典范。当前，国际和地区形势变乱交织，各类挑战层出不穷。中国和埃及同为全球南方重要成员，应当践行真正的多边主义，携手捍卫国际公平正义，维护广大发展中国家共同利益，为促进世界和平稳定和发展繁荣作出新贡献。这次访问期间，我将同塞西总统就中埃关系、全方位合作以及共同关心的国际和地区问题深入交换意见，共同擘画中埃全面战略伙伴关系发展蓝图。相信在双方共同努力下，访问一定会取得丰硕成果，书写中埃友好的历史新篇。
