靠尊重规律多出政绩 ■张万波树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育开展以来，某部组织党员干部深入基层开展调查研究，进一步掌握实情、把握规律，使各项工作朝着正确方向、按照客观规律有序推进。习主席强调：“脚要踩在大地上。我们干任何事情都有内在规律。”一切从实际出发，尊重规律、按规律办事，是我们党长期坚持的思想方法和工作方法。部队建设的系统性、复杂性，要求各级必须树立和践行正确政绩观，保持对规律的敬畏，把按规律办事作为干事创业的基本遵循，努力让决策和行动符合客观实际、体现科学精神、经得起历史和实践检验。事必有法，然后可成。实际工作中，仍有个别党员干部对规律认识不清、把握不准，急功近利、盲目蛮干，结果不仅没有干出业绩，反而带来一堆问题。这看似是工作方法问题，实质上是政绩观错位、责任心缺失，必须坚决予以纠治。今年是“十五五”开局之年，也是打好实现建军一百年奋斗目标攻坚战的关键一年。党员干部只有坚持实事求是，把尊重军事规律、战争规律、制胜规律贯穿履职全过程，不断增强工作的科学性、预见性、主动性、创造性，才能行稳致远，不断创造新的业绩。
