谨防爱好成为“召弊之缘” ■良言《学治臆说》有言，“不特声色货利，无一可染，即读书赋诗，临池作画，皆为召弊之缘”，认为“人非圣贤，谁无嗜好？须力自禁持”。大意是说，为官者不仅不能贪名利财色，即便是读书作诗、泼墨作画等兴趣爱好，因为可能成为招惹祸端的缘由，也必须有所节制。俗语说得好：“好船者溺，好骑者堕，君子各以所好为祸。”党员干部的身份决定了其兴趣爱好并非个人私事、生活小事，稍有不慎，就可能成为“召弊之缘”，轻者玩物丧志、损身败德，重者被人“围猎”、堕入歧途，必须谨慎对待。慎待所好不张扬。为官从政慎重对待自己的爱好，既是应有的修为和境界，也是防止爱好成为“召弊之缘”的必要之举。清代大臣冯志圻酷爱书画碑帖，但他赴外地巡视时绝口不谈爱好，以防别有用心者投其所好。反观那些因有所好被“围猎”者，之所以招致祸患，就在于对爱好缺乏谨慎之心，甚至到处“炫”、到处“秀”。党员干部要防止爱好成为“召弊之缘”，就要正心明道、慎待所好、低调内敛，不给“投己所好”者以可乘之机。节制所好莫沉迷。爱而有度、好而有节，不仅是对待爱好的正确态度，也是防止爱好成为“召弊之缘”的有效之策。众所周知，培养和保持兴趣爱好不仅需要投入大量时间精力，而且有的还需要投入不小的财力物力。即便是健康高雅的爱好，倘若不加节制、沉迷其中，也会引发不良后果。“从来玩物多丧志，不是人迷是自迷。”正因为如此，那些德行高尚者都能清醒而理智地看待自己的爱好，从不疏忽，更不迷失。“导弹司令”杨业功虽然爱好书法，却只用旧报纸练字，当有人给他送宣纸时，他坚决拒收：党性阵地不能在一张宣纸上失守。党员干部要防止爱好成为“召弊之缘”，就应始终保持心能主物、不随物转的定力，不耽于一乐、不溺于一好，严防“小爱好”引发“大问题”。归正所好有所成。实践证明，把爱好与事业统一起来，让爱好成为事业的助益，是对待爱好的最高境界，也是防止爱好成为“召弊之缘”的治本之策。粟裕终生不会打牌下棋，不会喝酒跳舞，一辈子最大的爱好就是观地形、看地图，因而“尽打神仙仗”。他这种把军人职业追求融入生活情趣的爱好之道，很值得我们学习。“人不明于急务，而从事于多务、他务、奇务者，穷困灾厄及之。”军人的主责主业是能打仗、打胜仗。军队党员干部要防止爱好成为“召弊之缘”，就要归正自己的爱好，少些与打仗无关的爱好、多些与职责相关的追求，让爱好成为提高打赢本领、履行职责使命的“催化剂”和“助推器”。
