新华社北京9月1日电（记者万倩仪、冯歆然）2026年9月1日是习近平主席提出全球治理倡议一周年。外交部发言人郭嘉昆1日在例行记者会上介绍了一年来全球治理倡议取得的进展和成果。郭嘉昆表示，一年前的今天，在联合国成立80周年的重要历史节点，习近平主席郑重提出全球治理倡议，号召各国携手行动，推动构建更加公正合理的全球治理体系。一年来，全球治理倡议日益深入人心，从中国方案转化为国际实践，展现出强大的生命力、影响力和感召力。他说，全球治理倡议凝聚起广泛国际共识。倡议同联合国宪章宗旨和原则一脉相承，迅速得到近160个国家和国际组织的支持响应。60多国踊跃加入“全球治理之友小组”，围绕全球治理诸多议题开展密集协调。金砖国家、上海合作组织发展壮大，全球南方代表性和发言权不断增强。郭嘉昆表示，中方持续为改革完善全球治理贡献智慧。习近平主席在金砖国家领导人线上峰会、全球妇女峰会、世界人工智能大会等场合发表重要讲话，引领全球治理与时偕行。中方举办“完善全球治理共建人类命运共同体”蓝厅论坛，先后发布《全球治理倡议概念文件》和《构建更加公正合理的全球治理体系：中国的理念、倡议与行动》白皮书，进一步阐明中国关于全球治理的目标方向、原则立场和行动计划。中方提出落实全球治理改革九方面重点，得到联合国和各方广泛支持。他说，中方以有力行动推进全球治理倡议落地走实。国际调解院正式运营，圆满解决首宗国际海事争议。世界数据组织、世界人工智能合作组织相继在华成立。中方在联合国气候变化峰会宣布2035年国家自主贡献目标。 “日前，外交部网站开放了‘全球治理倡议’专题栏目。欢迎大家随时查阅、关注支持中方推动落实全球治理倡议的最新进展。”郭嘉昆说。他表示，全球治理倡议提出一年来的丰硕成果充分表明，共商共建共享是众望所归，坚持多边主义是普遍共识，构建更加公正合理的全球治理体系是共同期待。中方将继续坚定维护以联合国为核心的国际体系，积极支持各类多边区域合作机制蓬勃发展，共同落实好全球治理倡议。“今年秋天，我们将在雄安新区举办全球治理论坛，期待届时同全球各界人士一道，共商改革完善全球治理大计，携手迈向人类命运共同体。”
