9月1日10时50分许，G216线受吉隆泥石流灾害冲毁的道路已抢通至距离吉隆口岸一公里以内。 就在前一晚，一架照明无人机悬停在40米高空，强光覆盖峡谷中的作业区，抢修日夜不停。 泥石流裹挟巨石冲垮公路，淤泥、碎石掩埋路面，道路、通信、电力一度中断。通向口岸的路，正一米一米抢回来。 记者在G216线抢通现场看到，吉隆藏布的河水依然浑浊，运送石料的车辆艰难作业。中国安能救援队员坐在挖掘机驾驶室，谨慎推动操纵杆，铲斗重重切入堆积的泥石，溅起灰褐色泥浆。 “这里作业面狭窄，大型设备施展不开，我们实行轮换，人停机不停。”中国安能工程救援现场指挥组组长吴欣告诉记者，救援队伍采取多机翻渣接力、涉水抛填作业方式，逐段向前推进。 在乱石堆积的滩涂和沿岸陡峭的山体上，各救援队伍牵引搜救犬穿梭在钢筋残件与巨石缝隙间，在受灾区域展开拉网式搜寻。 “淤泥深的地方半个身子都会陷进去，每移动一下都会耗尽全身力气。”一名搜救队员声音沙哑，“但是我们不会放弃任何一处角落。” 连日来，在受灾核心区，各方力量全力投入关键通道抢修、通信基站架设开通、电力线路恢复供电的紧张工作中。 道路一点点向前延伸，一条条通信链路架起看不见的生命线。在靠近吉隆口岸1公里处，已成功开通一座4/5G基站，送达核心救援现场的通信信号更加稳定。 记者了解到，受灾区域设立7个热食供餐点位。一名救援人员告诉记者：“我们在抽调专业炊事人员，确保一线人员吃上热饭、吃得饱饭。” 目前，西藏军区已累计出动5架次直升机，向核心灾区投送食品、药品、救援装备等物资2910件（套），保障一线搜救工作顺利开展。日喀则市县两级后勤保障力量累计出动各类保障车辆270余台次，搭建帐篷56顶，调剂储备周转房20套，储备床位2100余张，累计保障受灾群众和救援人员4300余人次。 武警部队和西藏军区的医疗防疫分队，以及安置点医护人员同步开展防疫消杀作业，最大程度保障救援人员和安置群众安全。“我们每天对淤泥堆积区、河道沿岸、公共区域喷洒消毒药剂。”一位医疗防疫队员说。 目前，受灾核心区共有高杆灯、无人机照明等六大类60多个应急照明装备。国家电网投入应急保障人员106人，各类电力保障装备236台，为救援现场和受灾安置点提供稳定的电力保障。国家电网救援人员介绍：“我们动态补强应急保电力量，持续储备、调配应急物资装备。” 9月1日，救援工作进入第7天。通往吉隆口岸的G216线，仍在加快打通。 上午9时55分，在西藏日喀则市公安局吉隆口岸分局院内及各救援点位，参与救援的解放军和武警官兵、消防救援人员、公安民警、医护人员及干部群众脱帽肃立，为遇难人员默哀，防空警报响彻高原上空。
