新华社北京8月31日电（记者万倩仪、曹嘉玥）2026年亚太经合组织（APEC）第三次高官会8月28日在大连结束。外交部发言人郭嘉昆31日在例行记者会上介绍了会议情况和主要成果。 郭嘉昆说，8月17日至28日，2026年APEC第三次高官会及相关会议在大连举行。外交部副部长马朝旭出席会议并致辞。 郭嘉昆介绍，此次高官会是APEC“中国年”规模最大、活动最多的一次高官会。高官会期间，APEC各委员会、工作组共举行近130场会议和活动，涉及贸易、交通、粮食、海关、科技、能源、卫生、减灾、反腐败等领域，来自APEC各成员经济体、秘书处、观察员等的3000多位代表出席。 “各方围绕APEC‘中国年’‘建设亚太共同体，促进共同繁荣’主题和‘开放、创新、合作’三大优先领域进行深入讨论，重点就今年11月将在深圳举行的APEC领导人非正式会议成果沟通对表。”郭嘉昆说。 他说，在“开放”领域下，中方举办了互联互通政策对话会，为制定APEC互联互通蓝图升级版奠定基础。 郭嘉昆介绍，在“创新”领域下，中方举办了数字经济和人工智能赋能经济增长政策对话会，深入探讨人工智能提升经济增长和民生福祉、缩小数字鸿沟等重要议题，延续了7月在成都举行的APEC数字周积极势头。 他说，在“合作”领域下，中方持续推进反腐败、海关、粮食安全、渔业海洋、卫生健康、能源等领域务实合作，围绕廉洁促繁荣、海关合作促进贸易安全和便利化等议题达成重要成果。 “APEC‘中国年’最后一次高官会将于11月APEC领导人会议前夕在深圳举行。欢迎各位记者朋友继续关注和报道APEC‘中国年’有关活动。”郭嘉昆说。
