新华社北京8月31日电（记者冯歆然、万倩仪）外交部发言人郭嘉昆31日表示，中国和尼泊尔双方在气象、水利、防灾减灾等领域一直保持良好合作。中国和尼泊尔边境吉隆－热索瓦口岸严重泥石流灾害发生后，中方同尼方就人员搜救、信息共享、防止次生灾害等保持顺畅沟通。 “灾害发生后，中方同尼方就人员搜救、信息共享、防止次生灾害等保持顺畅沟通，持续向尼方提供气象、水文等资料，开展专业会商，提供相关预警信息。”郭嘉昆在就有关问题答问时说，中方将继续大力支持尼方救灾，加强防灾减灾等领域合作，维护两国人民共同利益。
