雪域高原上的生命接力 ■韦庆玲近日，在西藏察隅海拔5000余米的雪山区域，一名戍边干部巡边途中突发急性重症高原病。经空军特色医学中心第29批援藏医疗队、联勤保障部队第920医院医疗队与察隅县人民医院联合施救，患者脱离危险，生命体征恢复平稳。该地段山路艰险、交通不便，病情发生后战友们一边就地实施基础急救，一边开辟下山通道。空军特色医学中心第29批援藏医疗队与联勤保障部队第920医院医疗队医护人员背负急救器械、供氧设备向事发地点攀登，形成“山上往下转运、医疗队向上接应”的双向奔赴。两支力量会合后，医护人员全程监护病情，争分夺秒向察隅县人民医院转运。转运途中，通过卫星电话向察隅县人民医院通报病情。察隅县人民医院提前做好准备，启动救治预案。患者送抵医院后不到半小时，气管插管、机械通气同步完成；千里之外，空军特色医学中心专家远程连线实时指导。经过一周的持续治疗，患者脱离呼吸机，自主进食。 “边防官兵守国门，卫勤力量就要守好他们的健康防线。”空军特色医学中心第29批援藏医疗队队长说，过去驻察隅部队官兵突发重症只能长途后送，风险很高；如今军地医疗力量持续完善卫勤机制：常态化巡诊直达哨所、重症救治绿色通道全程贯通、远程会诊打通专家资源、开展常态化基层卫生员培训、师徒帮带留存本土医疗力量……这些保障举措有效破解了边关“转运险、救治难”等问题。此次成功救援，是军队卫勤力量扎根雪域、为兵服务的生动写照。某部团长感慨：“现在的卫勤保障真是越来越完善了，每一名戍边官兵都能得到及时可靠的医疗守护。”
