“随手一拍”隐患多 ■尹建铖三军之事，莫重于密。军队保密工作是一项基础性、全局性、长期性工作，是巩固和提高部队战斗力、完成各项任务的重要保证。随着信息化智能化的快速发展，军队保密工作也面临着新的挑战。当前，各部队正开展野外驻训工作，驻训期间，由于个别官兵“不经意”“下意识”举动造成的失泄密隐患不容小觑。笔者了解到，某连驻训地位于雪山脚下，日落时分，“日照金山”的奇观成为官兵常会见到的高原盛景。于是休息时间，有的官兵拿到手机会拍摄几张雪山美景，有的与家人视频连线，分享自己的生活。少数官兵对保密工作存在认识偏差，认为这些行为只是分享风景，不涉及装备等敏感信息，不存在泄密风险。然而翻看官兵拍摄的风景照片和视频不难发现，有的显示出驻训地的迷彩帐篷，还有的无意中暴露了营区局部景象。更值得注意的是，一些雪山地形特征极具辨识度，结合照片中显示的山形轮廓、植被分布、太阳方位角等信息，再加上迷彩帐篷等参照物，极易被分析推断出部队具体的驻训位置。与家人朋友分享生活是人之常情，但每名官兵都应时刻绷紧保密这根弦，纠正“无关紧要”的错误思想，摒弃“身在密中不知密”的麻痹心理。要明确拍摄、上传、通话等环节的具体行为边界，日常拍摄照片和视频时，要注意选择无明显标识的角度，确保画面不出现任何涉军元素；视频通话时应避开营区方向；在个人社交平台上传照片前，要仔细检查图片内容。同时，各级也应组织官兵开展手机保密自查自纠，清理相册及社交平台上的违规内容，鼓励官兵互相提醒、相互监督，不断强化保密意识、提高保密素养、践行保密要求，自觉维护军事秘密安全。
