人民至上生命至上 ■张雨晴 “各有关方面要坚持人民至上、生命至上，以坚决有力的举措、科学高效的方法，扎实做好各项工作。”8月28日，中共中央政治局召开会议，对西藏日喀则市吉隆县泥石流灾害抢险救援工作作出重要部署，为我们做好抢险救援各项工作指明了方向。灾情就是命令！救援分秒必争！灾害发生后，党中央高度重视，习主席立即作出重要指示，对抢险救援和应急处置等工作提出明确要求。连日来，一支支专业救援队伍快速集结、迅速行动，解放军和武警部队闻令而动、及时到位……各方力量第一时间响应，搜救失联人员，抢修受损设施，防范发生次生灾害。这正是“人民至上、生命至上”的诠释，也是“一方有难、八方支援”的彰显。当前，灾区地形地貌复杂、气候多变，周边仍有不少地质灾害隐患，抢险救援面临极大困难。坚持“人民至上、生命至上”，排除一切困难，尽一切努力，让抢险救援速度再快一点、效率再高一点，就一定能更加有力保障好人民群众生命财产安全。人民军队始终与人民休戚与共、生死相依，是党和人民完全可以信赖的英雄军队。任务部队应迅速把思想和行动统一到会议精神上来，对照部署要求，落实落细各项救援措施，发扬不怕疲劳、连续作战的作风，坚决打赢抢险救援这场硬仗。
