各方全力以赴开展西藏吉隆县泥石流抢险救援 8月27日，西部战区空军一架运-20从西南某机场紧急起飞，搭载西部战区指导组赶赴西藏，组织人民子弟兵开展日喀则市吉隆县泥石流灾害联合救援。新华社发 8月26日，西藏军区某旅第一时间启动应急预案，派官兵从中央救灾物资拉萨储备库紧急转运棉帐篷、折叠床、防潮垫等物资，为灾区群众转移安置、生活保障救助及时提供物资支撑。图为官兵转运物资。李建骄摄吉隆受灾害影响的群众完成安置滞留游客完成转移新华社拉萨8月27日电记者27日从西藏吉隆泥石流灾害救援指挥部了解到，吉隆县泥石流灾害发生后，各救援力量赶赴现场，全面开展群众与游客转移安置工作。截至目前，受泥石流灾害影响的499名群众完成安置，滞留的555名游客完成转移。灾情发生后，日喀则市对受灾害威胁区域群众做到应转尽转、不落一人，同步统筹做好集中安置点各项生活服务保障。目前，受影响的499名人员已全部得到妥善安置，其中包括萨勒乡郭巴村180人、色琼村40人、拉比村107人，吉隆镇老江村55人、冲色村88人，以及施工队29人。同时，相关部门组织力量，对计划赴吉隆镇旅行的游客进行耐心劝返；积极争取酒店支持配合，点对点劝说引导已入住游客尽快离店，争取其对抢险救援工作的支持。根据游客不同行程安排，在文旅等相关部门协调下，累计完成555名受影响游客疏散转移。目前，无滞留游客。救援工作仍在有序推进中。 8月27日上午，西藏日喀则军分区某部组织官兵紧急献血，用以支援灾区伤员救治。彭方楷摄卫生健康部门开展西藏吉隆泥石流受灾医疗应急工作新华社北京8月27日电（记者李恒）记者8月27日从国家卫生健康委获悉，针对西藏吉隆泥石流灾区人员伤亡等情况，国家卫生健康委立即对伤员救治、心理疏导、灾区群众医疗服务保障等工作作出安排，国家卫生健康委负责同志已赶赴西藏指导医学救援和应急处置工作。 8月26日上午，因尼泊尔一侧发生泥石流灾害，造成西藏日喀则市吉隆县吉隆口岸重大人员伤亡、失联。国家卫生健康委会同西藏自治区统筹调度医疗卫生资源，全面做好各项工作。派出西藏自治区人民医院、自治区疾控中心专业技术人员携带急救物资、消杀药品和专业车辆前往灾区支援；组织调派日喀则吉隆县以及邻近的萨嘎县、聂拉木县、定日县救护车、医护及心理工作人员紧急赶赴灾区，尽全力保证一线伤员转运、救治及心理干预需要。同时，西藏自治区开通心理援助热线，24小时值班值守。安排有关医院随时做好伤员救治准备，血液保障同步到位，另有多支国家紧急医学救援队随时增援，并做好会诊准备。
