新华社北京8月28日电（记者万倩仪、吴梦桐）外交部发言人林剑28日表示，中方敦促日本政府履约尽责，全面忠实履行国际公约和中日政府备忘录规定，加快日遗化武处置进程，早日还中国人民以净土。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：据报道，日本民间团体日前在横滨市举办“日军毒气展”，向公众展示二战期间日军生产毒气、制造毒气弹，并在中国和东南亚国家实施毒气战。展览显示，日本战败后，许多化学武器被遗留在中国，给当地人民带来持续伤害。展览现场日本民众接受采访称，实施毒气战是侵华日军犯下的暴行，在学校里从未学过这段历史；他们做这样的坏事是国家耻辱，所以他们想从历史中抹去；这段历史必须要讲清楚，“我们必须成为能明辨是非的人”。中方对此有何评论？林剑表示，二战期间，日本军国主义公然违反国际法，大规模研制并在中国等亚洲国家使用化学武器，给各国造成深重灾难。仅在中国境内，侵华日军使用化学武器2000多次，造成20多万中国军民伤亡。战败后日方为掩盖罪行，又将大量化学武器遗留在中国，迄今已造成2000多人伤亡，严重威胁危害中国人民生命安全和生态环境。 “面对铁证如山的反人类罪行，日本右翼势力居然歪曲历史，抛出所谓日遗化武‘自然无害’‘责任追诉时效已过’等谬论。日本政府对履行《禁止化学武器公约》全面销毁日遗化武诚意不足，投入不够，日遗化武处置进程严重滞后。”林剑说。林剑表示，消除日遗化武严重危害，是日本政府无可回避、必须承担的历史责任和国际法义务。“中方敦促日本政府履约尽责，正视本国有识之士和受害邻国的正义诉求，全面忠实履行国际公约和中日政府备忘录规定，加快日遗化武处置进程，早日还中国人民以净土。”他说。
