十四届全国人大常委会第二十四次会议在京闭幕表决通过医疗保障法、新修订的农业法等决定任命李常官为民政部部长习近平签署主席令赵乐际主持会议 8月28日下午，十四届全国人大常委会第二十四次会议在北京人民大会堂闭幕。赵乐际委员长主持闭幕会。新华社记者刘卫兵摄新华社北京8月28日电十四届全国人大常委会第二十四次会议28日下午在北京人民大会堂闭幕。会议经表决，通过了医疗保障法、耕地保护和质量提升法、新修订的农业法、新修订的国防动员法、关于修改律师法的决定；决定免去陆治原的民政部部长职务，任命李常官为民政部部长。国家主席习近平分别签署第80、81、82、83、84、85号主席令。赵乐际委员长主持闭幕会。常委会组成人员150人出席会议，出席人数符合法定人数。会议表决通过了全国人大常委会关于批准《中华人民共和国和匈牙利引渡条约》的决定。会议表决通过了全国人大常委会代表资格审查委员会关于个别代表的代表资格的报告。会议经表决，决定免去张又侠的中华人民共和国中央军事委员会副主席职务，免去刘振立的中华人民共和国中央军事委员会委员职务。会议经表决，任命倪岳峰为全国人大社会建设委员会副主任委员；免去肖培、傅奎的国家监察委员会副主任职务，任命赵世勇、张忠为国家监察委员会副主任；免去沈亮的最高人民法院副院长、审判委员会委员、第五巡回法庭庭长、审判员职务，任命党广锁为最高人民法院副院长、审判委员会委员、审判员。会议还表决通过了其他任免案。全国人大常委会副委员长李鸿忠、王东明、肖捷、郑建邦、丁仲礼、郝明金、蔡达峰、何维、武维华、铁凝、彭清华、张庆伟、洛桑江村、雪克来提·扎克尔，秘书长刘奇出席会议。国家监察委员会主任刘金国，国务委员王小洪，最高人民法院院长张军，最高人民检察院检察长应勇，全国人大各专门委员会成员，各省区市人大常委会负责同志，部分副省级城市人大常委会主要负责同志，部分全国人大代表，有关部门负责同志等列席会议。闭幕会后，十四届全国人大常委会举行第二十四讲专题讲座，赵乐际委员长主持。人力资源和社会保障部党组书记、部长王晓萍作了题为《深入学习贯彻习近平总书记重要论述精神扎实推进中国特色社会保障体系建设》的讲座。
