分秒必争科学施救 ■周俊冰日前，西藏日喀则市吉隆县遭受泥石流灾害，造成重大人员伤亡、失联。灾情牵动人心。当务之急要深入贯彻落实习主席重要指示精神，“要千方百计搜救失联人员，转移安置受威胁群众，抓紧救治伤员，最大限度减少人员伤亡。要加强监测预警，注重科学施救，防止发生次生灾害”。灾情就是命令，时间就是生命。这次泥石流灾害事发突然、破坏力极强，唯有争分夺秒、快速响应，才能抢抓救援黄金时间。当前，从中央到地方，各方力量第一时间集结，正展开一场与时间赛跑的大救援，尽最大努力减少人员伤亡，筑牢人民群众生命财产安全防线。越是紧急关头，越要有条不紊；越是情况复杂，越要科学应对。灾害现场地质条件复杂，近期雨水频繁，次生灾害风险提升，救援难度不断增大。只有立足现场实际，强化监测预警，精准研判风险，统筹调动各方资源，发挥专业力量优势，救援工作方能有力有效。当尖兵、打头阵、挑重担，是人民军队的优良作风，也是我军在抢险救灾中义不容辞的责任。任务部队应牢记习主席重要指示要求，主动对接受领任务，以分秒必争的紧迫感、攻坚克难的战斗力，高效救援、科学救援，全力以赴打赢这场硬仗，坚决完成党和人民赋予的任务。
