解放军报南宁8月26日电受第19号台风“紫檀”持续影响，广西多地出现超警洪水，部分乡镇发生严重内涝，解放军和武警部队官兵、民兵持续奋战救灾一线。受台风影响，左江遭遇1955年以来最大洪水。随着洪峰过境，崇左市扶绥县左江沿线堤防高水位承压，随时可能发生渗水、管涌等险情。25日晚，300余名民兵连续奋战数小时，装填搬运沙袋2万余个，排除4处防洪堤渗水险情。第75集团军某旅迅速投入救援，截至26日18时，转移被困群众460余人。受强降雨及上游来水叠加影响，南宁市邕江水位持续上涨。25日上午，南宁警备区联合应急、水利、气象等部门建立军地联合值班制度，统筹辖区防汛工作，指导各武装部开展夜间巡堤等工作。26日上午，桂林警备区出动600余名官兵、民兵，携带千余件装备器材，驰援南宁抗洪一线。记者了解到，在洪峰已过境的崇左市宁明县和龙州县，水位缓慢回落。截至26日18时，武警广西总队官兵运送生活物资30余吨，加固江岸堤坝300余米。崇左军分区500余名民兵继续坚守防汛一线，重点开展生活物资配送、清理淤泥杂物和巡堤查险等任务。（综合张少聪、张哲凝、王斐、郑天才、孙长义，记者李志彬等来稿）
