习主席近日就树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育作出重要指示强调：“要坚持常态化查改问题，对需要长期整改的政绩观偏差突出问题盯紧不放、跟踪问效，深化新官不理旧账整改整治。”这一重要论述具有很强的指导性、针对性，为不断巩固拓展学习教育成果，扎实推动问题整改指明了方向。政绩观偏差问题往往具有顽固性和反复性。新官不理旧账等问题，不是通过一次集中学习教育就能根除的。思想上的“灰尘”需要经常打扫，行为上的“偏差”需要持续纠正。只有坚持常态化查改，才能防止老问题反弹、新问题萌发，才能让正确政绩观真正内化于心、外化于行。坚持常态化查改问题，核心在于“常”和“改”，各级应把查改问题融入日常、抓在经常，既抓能够即知即改的显性问题，也紧盯需要持续攻坚的深层积弊；既直面当下工作短板，也接续破解历史遗留问题，做到问题随有随查、随查随改，问题清单动态更新、问题整改闭环销账。坚持常态化查改问题，需要科学的方式方法，各级应充分运用好巡视巡察、审计监督、统计监督等手段，增强针对性和穿透力，精准发现问题、快速定位“病灶”、准确研判趋势、强化预警纠治，扎实推动问题整改一件一件落到底、见实效。
