这几天，我在家属院走访，看到院内充电桩排列整齐，翻新后的公寓干净温馨，临时来队家属用上了崭新的落地扇，成就感油然而生。回想这段办实事的经历，让我对如何做好保障工作，有了更为真切的感悟。今年入夏之后，气温持续升高，我得知家属临时来队公寓闷热难耐，便拟订方案，计划为每间公寓加装挂式空调。方案呈到案头，领导却皱起了眉：“家属临时来队公寓修建时间较早，电路老旧，多台空调同时开启，承载得住吗？” 领导盯着我看了几秒，接着开始询问家属临时来队公寓现有电路铺设时间、所选购空调的功率、各楼层消防器材配置等情况。结果，我几乎无法作答。 “给官兵办实事，不能凭主观臆断想当然，要实地调研走访才能心中有数，让举措落地。‘拍脑门决策’‘拍胸脯保证’难免会‘拍大腿后悔’，这种不实作风要不得。”领导的话让我深受触动。当天下午，我便在家属临时来队公寓里实地走访，了解每一处细节。得知如果要重整电路，工程量大不说，还要至少停电一周，直接影响整栋楼的生活。于是，我结合各方信息修改方案，取消了空调安装计划，改为配发静音落地扇，稳妥解决消暑问题，并计划在中小学暑假结束、来队探亲家属较少时，再着手组织更换公寓楼电路。 “风扇凉快、充电安心，现在住得特别踏实舒心。”这天，一名军嫂一见到我，就竖起了大拇指。我有点不好意思，在心里悄悄告诉自己：想要办好暖心事，不能窝在办公室。只有真正走进一线摸实情、听真言，才能切实掌握基层的急难愁盼，把温暖送到大家的心坎里。
