新华社拉萨8月26日电（刘言明、李国涛）人民子弟兵26日投入西藏日喀则市吉隆县泥石流灾害救援。当日10时30分许，因尼泊尔一侧发生泥石流灾害，造成吉隆县吉隆口岸重大人员伤亡、失联。陆军某边防团第一时间启动抗洪抢险应急预案。武警西藏总队日喀则支队启动应急预案，先遣分队侦察获知，通往吉隆口岸方向道路、通信中断，有建筑被埋。截至26日17时，西藏军区派出前方指挥组赶赴现场，并紧急出动应急救援力量；西藏日喀则军分区某部第二梯队130余人和工程机械设备已做好出动准备；武警西藏总队日喀则支队140余名官兵携专业救灾设备奔赴抢险救灾一线。据相关负责人介绍，人民子弟兵将千方百计搜救失联人员，转移安置受威胁群众，抓紧救治伤员，最大限度减少人员伤亡。
