不久前，2026年国际数学家大会在美国费城举行，中国数学家邓煜、王虹斩获菲尔兹奖。这是中国籍数学家首次获得这项国际数学界的顶级荣誉，他们取得的突破，在中国数学发展史上具有里程碑意义。回望邓煜、王虹的求学之路，二人身上有着鲜明的共同点：自幼便对数学产生了浓厚的兴趣，并一直延续至今。邓煜的高中老师曾评价他：“邓煜对数学的这种状态不是被逼出来的，而是真的享受解题的过程。”考入北京大学后，王虹在地球与空间科学学院读了一年，因为对数学的热爱，大二时她转入数学科学学院。有网友评价：“对待数学的热爱程度，决定了他们今天在事业上的发展高度。” “知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”很多人能够在事业上取得卓越成就，都是在热爱的驱动下，一步一个脚印持续努力的结果。歼-15舰载机研制现场总指挥罗阳，怀着对航空事业的热爱，面对舰载机研制诸多技术空白，带领团队日夜攻坚，工作到生命的最后一刻。“最美新时代革命军人”何贤达对导弹事业充满热爱，深钻细研装备理论、苦练实操本领，从普通战士成长为精通多型导弹的“王牌号手”，用坚守诠释了热爱的力量。然而在我们身边，也存在一些现象，有的人在顺风顺水时能保持心中的热爱，一旦遭遇困难挫折就信念动摇、热情衰减，甚至选择放弃；有的人把热爱挂在嘴边，却不愿付出持之以恒的努力，三天打鱼两天晒网；还有人将热爱与功利捆绑，一旦看不到“回报”就迅速热情冷却……这些掺杂功利、缺乏坚守的热爱，经不起风雨磨砺、抵不过时间考验，终究难以开花结果。真正的热爱是“再难也要走下去”的信念、“再久也不能掺杂质”的纯粹。它可以让人目标明确，保持专注，产生源源不断的内驱力，在攻坚克难中奋勇前行，在深耕笃行中绽放光彩。热爱是激情的迸发，更是日复一日的付出与坚守。任何事业的开拓发展之路，都不会一帆风顺，会遭遇坎坷、困境、低谷。我们应当正视挫折失败，不因一时困境失去信心，不因短暂失意轻言放弃，把挫折当作“垫脚石”而非“绊脚石”，在困境中积累经验、积蓄力量。面对纷繁复杂的诱惑考验，只有保持专注，沉下心来深耕一域，聚精会神、心无旁骛，才能够把热爱的事业干成干好。真正热爱必然会长久坚守，那些浅尝辄止的人，终将难以在所从事的领域干出一番事业。唯有日复一日深耕、一点一滴积累，受得了苦与累，坐得住冷板凳，方能让心底的热爱开花结果，书写属于自己的精彩。
