新华社北京8月26日电（记者万倩仪、马卓言）8月30日至9月3日，国家主席习近平将出席在比什凯克举行的2026年上海合作组织峰会，并应吉尔吉斯斯坦总统扎帕罗夫、埃及总统塞西邀请对两国进行国事访问。外交部发言人林剑26日在例行记者会上介绍有关安排和中方期待。关于习近平主席出席2026年上海合作组织峰会，林剑表示，今年是上海合作组织成立25周年。25年来，成员国秉持“上海精神”，坚持团结协作，全面深化合作，推动上合组织发展成为世界上幅员最广、人口最多、发展潜力巨大的综合性区域合作组织，成功探索出一条新型区域合作的道路，树立了新型国际关系的典范。林剑说，去年天津峰会对上合组织未来10年发展作出战略擘画，开启了上合组织高质量发展新阶段。今年比什凯克峰会期间，习近平主席将同与会各国领导人，就新形势下深化上合组织各领域合作以及当前重大国际和地区问题深入交换意见，就引领上合组织高质量发展、参与全球治理体系改革和建设作出规划部署。中方愿同各方一道，推动比什凯克峰会进一步凝聚共识，共同谱写合作新篇章，为促进地区各国安全稳定和发展振兴、推动构建人类命运共同体作出积极贡献。关于习近平主席对吉尔吉斯斯坦进行国事访问，林剑表示，中国和吉尔吉斯斯坦是山水相连的好邻居、相互信任的好朋友、志同道合的好伙伴。建交34年来，两国始终以信相交，以诚相待，树立起邻国间相互支持、彼此成就的典范。林剑说，近年来，中吉关系实现跨越式发展，两国政治互信不断巩固，高质量共建“一带一路”合作成果丰硕，人文交流亮点纷呈，国际协作密切有力。去年习近平主席同扎帕罗夫总统3次会晤，引领中吉合作进入快速发展的“黄金期”。访问期间，习近平主席将同扎帕罗夫总统举行会谈，就双边关系、重点领域合作以及国际和地区形势深入交换意见，并出席各项国事活动。中方期待同吉方一道，以此访为契机，推动两国全方位互利合作高质量发展，进一步丰富中吉命运共同体内涵，造福两国人民。关于习近平主席对埃及进行国事访问，林剑说，埃及是最早同新中国建交的阿拉伯和非洲国家。近年来，在习近平主席和塞西总统战略引领下，两国政治互信不断深化，各领域合作成果丰硕，人文交流日益频繁，多边协作紧密有效。中埃全面战略伙伴关系实现跨越式发展，迎来历史最好时期，成为发展中国家团结协作、互利共赢的典范。林剑表示，此访是习近平主席时隔10年再次对埃及进行国事访问，适逢中埃建交70周年，对两国关系发展具有承前启后、继往开来的特殊重要意义。访问期间，习近平主席将同塞西总统举行会谈，就中埃关系和共同关心的国际地区问题深入交换意见。中方期待通过此访，同埃方赓续传统友谊，坚定相互支持，拓展互利合作，助力彼此现代化进程，共同谱写中埃关系新篇章，为维护地区和世界和平稳定作出积极贡献。
