8月25日，武警广西总队崇左支队官兵涉水转移受困群众。李章禄摄 8月25日，南宁市隆安县人武部民兵在崇左市宁明县加固堤坝。黄都政摄解放军报南宁8月25日电连日来，受第19号台风“紫檀”影响，广西崇左市江州区、宁明县、龙州县等地出现超警洪水。为保障人民群众生命财产安全，解放军和武警部队官兵、民兵持续展开救援。受持续降雨及左江河水上涨影响，崇左市江州区旧城区出现内涝。24日15时30分，武警广西总队崇左支队紧急出动50余名官兵赶赴灾区，转移受困群众。25日，南部战区陆军某旅闻令而动，出动150名官兵前往崇左市江州区参与抗洪抢险任务。该旅成立水上救援转运队，携带冲锋舟、橡皮艇，对受灾区域侦察搜索，转移受困群众。宁明县多地遭遇暴雨到大暴雨，中小河流全面超警戒水位，防汛形势十分严峻。南宁警备区组织600余名官兵、民兵紧急驰援，担负堤坝加固、堤段巡防等任务。截至25日15时，官兵和民兵累计装填搬运沙袋7200余个，对沿江580余米低洼河岸紧急加高筑堤约60厘米。崇左军分区第一时间启动应急响应，累计出动470名民兵投入抢险救灾。记者了解到，25日宁明县城水文站迎来洪峰，水位超警最高达7.69米。当前，人民子弟兵持续奋战在崇左受灾一线，全力组织抢险救援、群众安置、物资转运等工作，最大限度减少人员伤亡，防范次生灾害。
