解放军报讯崔婕报道：“专家授课深入浅出，实操示范耐心细致，让我们学到了很多新知识。”近日，空军第986医院医疗队来到革命老区陕西省延川县送医送药，对当地医院进行技术帮扶。现场聆听医疗专家授课，当地医护人员受益匪浅。近年来，为提高老区医护人员技术水平，该院先后派出5批医疗专家组，与当地医院多个科室结成帮扶对子。该院医疗专家长期在延川县第二人民医院开展技术指导、业务授课，帮助对方填补了多项技术空白。与此同时，该院还邀请多名当地医院技术骨干来院进修，按照全科医生培养模式系统带教考核，努力为革命老区培养一支“带不走的医疗队”。针对革命老区医院硬件建设水平滞后等问题，该院向当地医院捐赠了腹腔镜系统、电子肠镜等医疗设备，并帮助他们建成了远程会诊平台和重症转诊绿色通道，有效提高了患者救治质效。此外，该院为延川县黄家圪塔村捐建了一个面积500余平方米标准化卫生室，并出资为其配备了300余件医疗器械，有效缓解了当地村民的看病难题。老区群众健康知识相对匮乏，该院坚持巡诊送医与健康宣教同步推进。近几年，他们累计派出医疗专家200余人次，深入延川县多个村镇义诊巡诊、免费送药、发放宣传手册，让“早预防、早治疗”的理念深入人心。从“输血”到“造血”，从“治已病”到“治未病”，该院连续10年持续开展医疗帮扶活动，将优质医疗资源送到老区群众身边，受到当地医护人员和群众的普遍欢迎。
