新华社南宁8月25日电（记者杨晓敏、刘一诺）受第19号台风“紫檀”影响，广西崇左市江州区、宁明县、龙州县等地出现超警洪水，23日起，人民子弟兵全力投入崇左防汛救灾工作，确保人民群众生命财产安全。记者从南部战区了解到，战区陆军某旅闻令而动，出动150名官兵前往崇左市江州区参与抗洪抢险，成立水上救援转运队，对受灾区域侦察搜索，出动冲锋舟、橡皮艇，对受困群众进行搜救转移。武警广西总队自23日起先后出动百余名官兵，在宁明、江州、龙州等地展开抢险救援，累计转移群众300余名、物资10余吨。广西崇左军分区第一时间启动应急响应，累计出动470名民兵投入抢险救灾。广西军区同步组织南宁警备区600余名官兵、民兵驰援宁明县，累计装填搬运沙袋7200余个，对沿江580余米低洼河岸紧急加高筑堤约60厘米。记者从广西军区了解到，25日宁明县城水文站迎来洪峰，水位超警最高达7.69米。当前，人民子弟兵持续奋战在崇左受灾一线，全力组织抢险救援、群众安置、物资转运等工作，最大限度减少人员伤亡，防范次生灾害。
