解放军报南宁8月24日电受今年第19号台风“紫檀”影响，广西多地出现暴雨到大暴雨，部分河段水位超警，发生洪涝灾害。为保障人民群众生命财产安全，解放军和武警部队官兵、民兵第一时间派救援力量前出一线，开展抢险救灾工作。 8月22日以来，受强降雨和上游来水叠加影响，广西防城港市上思县在妙镇、平福乡出现汛情，部分街道、房屋被淹。上思县人武部于23日出动民兵50余人，携橡皮艇5艘、各类救灾物资100余件（套）赶赴受灾点位，连夜进村入户排查搜救、转移被困群众。 23日，受强降雨影响，广西崇左市宁明县明江水位迅速上涨，江水淹没房屋和农田，部分群众受灾。接到上级命令后，武警崇左支队迅速组织数十名官兵赶赴受灾严重的宁明县城中镇驮龙村、珠连村开展拉网式排查，搜救转移被困群众。崇左军分区派出400余名民兵投入抢险救援。10余名民兵挺进宁明县那楠乡，送去移动基站、卫星电话，帮助村民恢复对外联系；100余名民兵持续在宁明县北江乡、凭祥市城区及周边转移群众；280余名民兵在宁明县明江西岸垒筑防洪堤、装填沙袋，迎战即将到来的洪峰。
