“树立和践行正确政绩观是一项长期任务，必须久久为功”。习主席近日作出重要指示，对学习教育工作和成效给予充分肯定，对巩固拓展学习教育成果、建立树立和践行正确政绩观长效机制提出明确要求。全军党员、干部应认真学习领会、全面贯彻落实。学习教育开展以来，各级党组织扛牢责任，一体推进学查改，推动广大党员、干部深化了对正确政绩观的认识和理解，有效解决了一批政绩观偏差突出问题，实实在在加强了党性锻炼，进一步规范了各级领导干部从政行为，有力促进了“十五五”开局起步各项工作。但我们也要清醒认识到，树立和践行正确政绩观，起决定性作用的是党性，党性修养需要长期锤炼提高；工作中重显绩轻潜绩、急功近利、形式主义等问题容易反弹回潮，需要长期持续纠治；推进国防和军队建设高质量发展是长期工程，需要一茬接着一茬干，等等。因此，树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育不可能毕其功于一役，必须作为一项长期任务抓实做好。这次学习教育不是终点而是新的起点。军队各级应坚持不懈强化党的创新理论武装，深入学习贯彻习近平党建思想和习主席重要指示精神，巩固拓展学习教育成果，建立长效机制。应持续推进政绩观教育，经常性查改政绩观偏差问题，抓好学习教育“回头看”，推动党员、干部不断增强树立和践行正确政绩观的思想自觉和行动自觉，埋头苦干实干，高质量推进国防和军队现代化，如期实现建军一百年奋斗目标，用实绩实效向党和人民交出合格答卷。
