坚持以人民为中心的发展思想，把实现人民对美好生活的向往作为现代化建设的出发点和落脚点，这是我来到中国人民解放军联勤保障部队工程大学学习后，对中国式现代化最深刻的感悟。课余闲暇时，我常与各国学员结伴游览重庆市区，近距离感受这座“网红城市”的魅力。跨江大桥、轨道交通有序交织，打破地形制约，让人们出行更加高效便捷；依山而建的高楼、先进的工厂，与磁器口、十八梯等保存较好的历史街区和谐共存；城市公园、滨江绿地随处可见，商圈、文化馆、体育馆遍布全城。行走在街头巷尾，我真切体会到，这座城市的发展建设处处体现着以人民为中心的思想。来自乡村的我，对如今中国乡村的发展状况也十分感兴趣。今年2月，我与朋友们前往重庆市奉节县安坪镇三沱村参观。村里建有滨江步道、观光露营平台等，千亩果林枝头挂满金灿灿的脐橙。我们一行人住在朋友奶奶家。当时正值脐橙采摘季，我们便跟着奶奶前往果园帮忙。这里的农业现代化水平超乎想象。果林安装有智能灌溉系统，可有效节省水资源和人力成本。更让我印象深刻的是，农户普遍在线上售卖脐橙。这种模式拓宽了脐橙的销售渠道，减少了中间环节，有效提升了农户的经济收益。听朋友介绍，三沱村是三峡移民村落，村民早年靠捕鱼为生，如今靠特色脐橙产业和乡村旅游致富，收入大幅提升，已成为远近闻名的富裕村。在这里，我真切看见了中国乡村振兴的鲜活模样，深刻了解到中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化。前不久，学校组织外出参观见学，我们先后参观了延安革命纪念馆、杨家岭革命旧址、梁家河知青旧居等红色地标。在这里，我找到了以人民为中心的发展思想的历史根基。中国共产党就是以人民为中心的政党，人民至上理念一以贯之。无论是城市现代化，还是农业农村现代化，中国不片面追求速度与规模，而是着力满足人民群众在就业、教育、住房、医疗等方面的需求，为广大人民群众带来看得见、摸得着，既利当下又利长远的福祉。在塞拉利昂有一句俗语：“一只手打不成结，唯有携手方能成事。”中国式现代化不独善其身，始终与发展中国家共享发展经验，助力友好国家现代化发展。中国修建的中塞友谊公路，已成为连接塞首都弗里敦和其他主要城市的重要通道。过去的公路路面窄、坡度大，雨季时坑洼泥泞。中塞友谊公路的修通极大便利了民众出行和物资运输，赢得了当地民众发自内心的感激。我十分珍惜在中国的学习机会，希望能深入学习中国在城乡建设、乡村振兴等方面的宝贵经验，把真实、立体的中国式现代化故事带回祖国。我坚信，未来中塞两国会进一步加强合作，塞拉利昂也将走出一条符合自身国情的现代化发展之路。
