Summary

Machine summary

China and Belarus concluded the 'Divine Eagle-2026' airborne joint training on August 24 at an Air Force training center in Wuhan, wrapping up a 12-day, three-phase exercise focused on urban counterterrorism — including reconnaissance, seizure and defense, and clearing operations — conducted under a mixed-formation model. This is the fourth iteration of the 'Divine Eagle' series, documenting a recurring bilateral exercise track between the PLA and Belarusian military that has now accumulated enough repetitions to constitute an institutionalized counterterrorism cooperation format. The article provides no detail on unit designations or personnel numbers on either side.
