“七一勋章”获得者李连成为何能带领群众把河南濮阳县西辛庄村建成全国乡村振兴样板村？一个重要原因，是他始终坚持“农民想什么，俺就干什么”。这启示我们，官兵的“心上事”，应是党员干部必须抓实抓好的“上心事”。习主席强调，各级要把官兵冷暖放在心上，主动靠上去解决实际困难，把各方面保障做到位。基层官兵关心关注的身边小事，关乎军心士气。这些“心上事”若得不到及时有效解决，可能会影响他们的思想情绪和训练生活。党员干部只有把官兵“心上事”当作自己的“上心事”，用心用情用力办好，才能切实消除官兵后顾之忧，让他们心无旁骛投身练兵备战。这也是党员干部树立和践行正确政绩观的生动体现。感人心者，莫先乎情。党员干部要化官兵“心上事”为“上心事”，就要扑下身子、放下架子，常到一线、多进班排，通过细致观察和谈心聊天，深入察兵情、听兵声。同时，要肯下“绣花”功夫，不因事烦而畏难、不因事小而不为，拿出“今日事今日毕”的干劲，真正把好事办实、实事办好、难事办妥。如此，方能切实增强官兵获得感和归属感，凝聚起团结奋进、矢志强军的强大合力。
