驻京某保障处引导官兵积极参与群众性自我教育红色故事走进“士兵讲堂” 解放军报讯柏杨、记者李伟欣报道：“休假期间，我走进家乡红岩革命历史博物馆，重温革命先辈舍生忘死的奋斗历程……”近日，驻京某保障处新一期“士兵讲堂”如期开讲。刚刚休假归队的战士小邓走上讲台，用兵言兵语讲述家乡红色故事和参观见学的感悟体会，引起战友们的情感共鸣。 “官兵来自五湖四海，几乎每个人的家乡都拥有丰富厚重的红色资源。”该保障处领导告诉记者，为提升教育的吸引力和官兵参与度，他们立足“士兵讲堂”打造“家乡红色故事分享”特色板块，引导官兵积极参与群众性自我教育。实践中，该保障处鼓励官兵利用探亲休假时机，走进家乡革命旧址、烈士陵园等红色场所参观，归队后担任“士兵讲堂”主讲人，与战友分享所见所闻、所思所悟。二级上士小周的家乡是井冈山精神发源地。今年休假，他走进井冈山革命博物馆，浏览历史照片、观看实物展陈、聆听革命故事。归队后，小周登上“士兵讲堂”，用鲜活的故事、真挚的情感，将井冈山精神讲得直抵人心。“探访红色场馆、分享红色故事，让我对革命先辈的崇高精神有了更深刻的感悟，更加读懂了军人的职责使命。”小周说。 “从‘台下听课’到‘台上讲课’，从单向灌输到双向互动，不是简单的角色转变，而是教育理念的升级、授课模式的革新。”该保障处领导告诉记者，对于授课官兵来说，备课讲课本身就是树牢使命意识、强化责任担当的过程；对于听课官兵而言，来自身边战友的分享更具亲和力、感染力，更容易入脑入心。 “士兵讲堂”好课连台，教育质效水涨船高。今年以来，该保障处已举办多期“士兵讲堂”，战士们踊跃登台分享见闻、畅谈感悟，大家扎根军营、建功岗位的信念更加坚定。
