做好一块“砖” ■韩萌 ●自觉做好党的一块“砖”，以对党忠诚之心扎根岗位、甘于奉献，为强军事业添砖加瓦、垒石筑基 “我是党的一块砖，哪里需要往哪搬。”“七一勋章”获得者王於昌的质朴话语，生动诠释了共产党人纯粹坚定的本色和觉悟。不管是坚守导弹阵地立下赫赫战功，还是服从组织安排，在平凡岗位踏实履职，王於昌始终以实际行动践行这句誓言，为新时代官兵树立了榜样。奋进新时代，广大官兵应像王於昌那样，自觉做好党的一块“砖”，以对党忠诚之心扎根岗位、甘于奉献，为强军事业添砖加瓦、垒石筑基。做好党的一块“砖”，首在绝对忠诚、胸怀大局。“天下至德，莫大于忠。”对革命军人而言，忠诚就是无条件听党指挥，服从就是全方位服务大局。回望军史，一代代官兵秉持“苟利国家生死以，岂因祸福避趋之”的坚定信念，始终以党的旗帜为旗帜、以党的方向为方向、以党的意志为意志，坚决服从组织安排、服从任务调配，使我军取得了一个又一个胜利。军营岗位千差万别，但忠诚要求一以贯之。广大官兵无论身处何种岗位、面对何种环境，都必须闻令而动、听令而行，不讲条件、不打折扣地完成各项任务，坚持个人利益服从集体利益，在履职尽责、服务大局中淬炼对党绝对忠诚的品质。做好党的一块“砖”，重在扎根岗位、实干立身。砖石无言，可承千钧之重；岗位平凡，亦能成就不凡。一块砖的价值，不在于光鲜夺目，而在于坚守岗位、夯实根基。军人的担当，从不在口号响亮，而在日复一日的坚守、精益求精的锤炼、脚踏实地的实干。强军事业非一人之功，打赢本领靠实干磨砺，唯有人人立足岗位、事事抓实落细，方能筑牢强军事业的坚实根基。新时代练兵备战标准更高、任务更重，更需要广大官兵摒弃浮躁懈怠，心系主责主业。要立足本职深耕专业、补齐短板，在实战实训中锤炼过硬本领、砥砺优良作风，用实实在在的行动夯实强军根基。做好党的一块“砖”，贵在看淡功名利禄、坚守奉献初心。淡泊名利、无私奉献，是融于人民军队血脉的红色基因，也是新时代革命军人闪亮的精神标识。现实中，军营许多岗位虽不太起眼，却事关战斗力生成和部队建设全局。广大官兵当涵养“心底无私天地宽”的胸襟境界，看淡个人进退得失，坚守初心使命，把心思聚焦练兵备战，把精力倾注干事创业，主动扎根艰苦岗位，守得住清贫、耐得住寂寞，锲而不舍、久久为功，在默默坚守中淬炼初心，在无私奉献中成就事业。
