近来捧读长征史料，有一个细节格外引人深思：红军一边走一边见缝插针开会，这些会议大多饱含着思想观点的“炮火硝烟”。周恩来曾经回忆说，进入湘桂黔交界处，中央一路开会争论，从老山界开始，争论更激烈。 1934年12月的通道会议，便是这样的场景。当时，毛泽东已失去对红军的指挥权和党内发言权，却直言反对李德北上湘西的方案，力主改向敌人力量薄弱的贵州前进。分歧之下，李德愤然离场。这一次争论，是中国共产党人向“左”倾路线和“洋顾问”发出的第一声“不”。此后，中央红军挥师向西进入贵州。1934年12月18日，黎平会议召开，通过《中共中央政治局关于战略方针之决定》，正式决定放弃北上湘西的原定计划，确定了向贵州转兵的战略决策。然而，黎平会议之后，博古、李德依旧念念不忘回头东进湘西，一路上不断散布不同论调，干扰部队思想。1934年12月31日到1935年1月1日，猴场会议紧急召开，延续了黎平会议的精神，再次否定李德等人的错误主张，通过了《中共中央政治局关于渡江后新的行动方针的决定》，完成了中央红军转兵贵州的战略转折，使党中央召开遵义会议的设想得以实现。从通道会议到黎平会议再到猴场会议，这一连串环环相扣的历史链条，一次次的据理力争，争论的从来不是个人利益，而是红军的生死存亡、中国革命的前途命运。而争论的底色，正是实事求是的思想路线。翻开‌《反对党八股》，毛泽东那段铿锵有力的论述格外醒目：“共产党不靠吓人吃饭，而是靠马克思列宁主义的真理吃饭，靠实事求是吃饭，靠科学吃饭。” 将目光放远，回望那绵延二万五千里的漫漫征途，我党很多关键转折都源自这份朴素的实事求是。倘若没有直面严峻现实的清醒，没有敢于挑战教条主义、敢于同错误观点争论的巨大勇气，倘若人人都闭口不言、听之任之，中国革命的历史不堪设想。历史证明，长征的胜利，是解放思想、实事求是的胜利。勇于自我革命，是我们党的鲜明品格和最大优势。今天，战火硝烟早已远去，但教条主义、主观主义、经验主义的顽疾并未根除。现实中，有的同志坐在办公室“闭门造车”，仅凭主观臆断开展工作；有的奉行“沉默是金”，明知有些做法脱离实际，却不愿依据事实据理力争……凡此种种，表面看是作风问题，本质上则是党性不强，淡忘了“实事求是”这一优良传统。当下，人民军队正处于实现建军一百年奋斗目标的关键时期，每一名共产党人都应当从长征历史中汲取精神滋养。坚持一切从实际出发，是我们想问题、作决策、办事情的出发点和落脚点。这个红军从胜利走向胜利的重要法宝，我们要传承好、发扬好，继续推动强军事业在新时代长征路上不断前进。
