解放军报讯柴东伟、李娜报道：近日，一场特殊的护理查房教学在解放军总医院第二医学中心举行。肿瘤内科作为人文关怀示范病房，现场进行示范教学。此次教学是该中心提升人文关怀服务水平的有益探索。近年来，该中心立足患者需求、护士成长、体系建设等，构建起覆盖“预防—治疗—康复—随访”等流程的一体化人文护理体系。据了解，这一护理体系将人文关怀融入疾病预防、临床治疗、功能康复、定期随访等环节。从入院到出院，护理团队为每位患者建立个性化照护档案，开展全周期照护。为使这一护理体系的人文关怀作用得到充分发挥，该中心制订标准化人文服务手册，推行“评估到位、措施到位、关爱到位、沟通到位、宣教到位、培训到位、督导到位”服务标准。与此同时，他们抽调相关科室专业骨干组建人文专项工作组，联合首都医科大学对本院医护人员进行人文关怀培训，聚焦“全员人文素养达标、人人重视人文关怀”目标，帮助医护人员提升护理水平；通过开展高龄模拟体验等活动，引导医护人员强化服务意识、提升保障水平。据介绍，该中心将持续创新完善护理模式，推动专业医疗技术与人文关怀深度融合，不断优化一体化人文护理体系，为患者提供更高品质的健康守护。
