多比谁的贡献大境界高 ■高先千习主席参观谷文昌纪念馆时指出，各级领导干部要向谷文昌同志学习，树牢正确政绩观，为官一任、造福一方，真抓实干、久久为功，把丰碑立在人民群众心中。学习谷文昌同志，不仅要高山仰止，还要见贤思齐，像他那样做人、为政。人与人之间难免会互相比较，党员干部也不例外。多与他人比廉洁、比业绩、比操守，自觉查找差距和不足，才能见贤思齐、镜鉴自省，完善自我、革新自我。如果把关注点放在职务待遇、物质利益上，比来比去就可能比出怨气，导致心态失衡，放松对自我的要求，甚至陷入腐败堕落的深渊。因此，党员干部无论什么时候都应比贡献大小不比职务高低，比群众口碑不比名利多少，比精神境界不比物质享受，从而比出干劲、比出正气。张思德的故事很多人都知道，他18岁参加红军，3次负伤，数次立功，走过长征路，班长一当就是7年，但他从没有因为职务低而有怨言。1942年10月，军委警卫营与中央教导大队合编为中央警卫团，上级决定张思德由班长改为战士，他愉快地接受了组织安排：“当班长是革命工作需要，当战士也是革命工作需要。” 像张思德一样的党员干部有很多，他们正确地比、理性地比，比出了自己的修养和境界，也学到了别人的长处和优点。徐海东作为“对中国革命有大功的人”，得知自己被授予大将军衔时，恳切地对周恩来总理说：我长期养病，为党工作太少了，“大将军衔，受之有愧”。老英雄张富清战功赫赫，却60余载深藏功与名。《说苑·杂言》记载：“君子上比，所以广德也；下比，所以狭行也。比于善，自进之阶也；比于恶，自退之原也。”这段话告诉我们，正确比，长志气、蓄底气、提士气；错误比，消磨意志、颓废精神、误导人生。正所谓，祸莫大于不知足。现实生活中，仍有少数党员干部陷于狭隘的思维，总是与他人盲目攀比。有的跟同龄的比职级，跟同级的比岗位，比来比去，心态失衡、迷失自我；还有的眼睛总盯着谁提职快、哪个位置好，看到别人提拔就不服气，结果自怨自艾，丧失了斗志和进取心。一个人境界的高低，往往看是否拥有正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。在真正的共产党人心中，没有小我，只有大我；不比做官，只比做事。当前，全军正在深入开展树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育。党员干部不妨以此为契机，找准参照系比一比，看谁作风修养好、看谁打仗本领强、看谁干出业绩多。如此，才能不辱使命、不负重托，争取新的更大荣光，交出合格的强军答卷，书写出彩的军旅人生。
