习主席曾发表过一篇题为《树立五种崇高情感》的文章。文中写道：“要做到情为民所系，就要以党的先进人物为榜样，培养和增强对人民群众的深厚感情，学习和树立五种崇高的情感。”这五种崇高的情感，即邓小平同志的情怀感、雷锋同志的幸福感、孔繁森同志的境界感、郑培民同志的责任感、钱学森同志的光荣感。今天的党员干部，要赢得群众信任、推动强国强军事业不断向前，依然离不开崇高的情感。一百多年来，一代代中国共产党人始终以高度的情感自觉和务实行动贴近群众、深入群众，搭建起我们党和人民群众心灵相通与情感交融的桥梁，推动党的事业不断取得新胜利。要深刻认识到，党的生命来自群众，党的发展依靠群众，党的活力迸发于群众，党的壮大得益于群众。从我们党的历史来看，老百姓认同我们党、认同党员干部，首先是从党员干部付出真情实感开始的。事实上，我们党从成立开始，就把为人民谋幸福写在自己的旗帜上，始终与人民同呼吸、共命运、心连心，用实际行动彰显了共产党人“爱的最高境界就是爱人民”。1933年，在瑞金沙洲坝，毛泽东同志发现当地群众饮水困难，便带领干部群众挖井取水。如今，“吃水不忘挖井人，时刻想念毛主席”的石碑依然矗立。这口井，见证了共产党人一心为民的初心，也见证了老一辈革命家崇高的情感。对普通人来说，情感观念的错位或缺乏，影响的是工作和家庭，以及自己的人生；对军队党员干部而言，影响的则是党和军队的事业，危害的是广大官兵的利益。现实生活中，少数党员干部处理问题态度生硬，不能很好地融洽官兵关系，难以凝聚兵心士气。这些问题探究起来，一个重要原因就是情感缺失，丢掉了共产党人的初心和本色。崇高的情感不是天生就有的，需要用共产党人的世界观、人生观、价值观来引领，用传统美德、优秀文化来涵养。崇高的情感，是情感不虚、不私、不妄。情感不虚就是要忠诚老实、诚恳待人；情感不私就是要砥砺品德、刚正无私；情感不妄就是要光明磊落、坦坦荡荡。军队党员干部保持崇高的情感，贵在端正对官兵的根本态度。毛泽东指出：“很多人对于官兵关系、军民关系弄不好，以为是方法不对，我总告诉他们是根本态度（或根本宗旨）问题，这态度就是尊重士兵和尊重人民。”党员干部有了正确的态度，就会有深厚的情感。善用信任、欣赏、发展的眼光看待官兵，把官兵当成手足兄弟、生死战友，部队就会产生“上下同欲者胜”的强大凝聚力战斗力。崇高的情感不是靠说出来的，而是靠做出来的。只喊口号、光说空话、不去行动，让问题“涛声依旧”，这样的情感实质上是虚情假意，官兵也不会买账。党员干部只有想官兵所想、急官兵所急、帮官兵所需，对官兵反映的问题紧盯不放、一抓到底，第一时间解决好官兵的操心事、揪心事、烦心事，才能感召和带动官兵振奋精神、鼓足干劲，齐心协力走好新时代的长征路。
