开展树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育，要求强化问题意识、坚持问题导向，抓住要害重点、破除沉疴积弊，其中认真查摆问题、做实“问题清单”是重要一环。 “问题清单”是检视思想偏差、校准履职方向的“诊疗单”，也为抓好整改、推动落实立起了靶标。然而，少数党员干部避重就轻、避实就虚，让“问题清单”失去了应有的作用。有的查摆问题大而化之，只谈共性不谈个性，只讲表象不挖根源；有的制订措施不符合本单位实际，操作性不强、难以落地执行；还有的存在过关心态，清单一列就万事大吉，对整改成效不闻不问。凡此种种，只为纸上留痕、不求纠弊治本，让清单沦为一纸空文，让整改成为形式主义。学习教育是一次思想上的大扫除、作风上的大转变，“问题清单”重在见人见事见真章。党员干部一方面要拿出刀刃向内的勇气，奔着思想偏差、工作弱项、作风漏洞去找问题，确保列入清单的都是实打实的问题。另一方面，要用心用力对着问题纠、盯着实效改，短期能够解决的，要立行立改；一时难以解决的，要一抓到底，做到问题不解决不松劲、解决不彻底不放手，切实把“问题清单”变成“实效清单”，确保学习教育取得实实在在的成效。
